My WD recently shared, it is important to focus on what we already have. In other words, we should learn to be contented. I am not saying that we should be easily contented with our current situation and do nothing to improve our life condition. If we don't try to improve our life = we have given up on life. However, it is important not to dwell too much on what we do not have. This can lead one to keep wanting more, keep acquiring more, and never being content. This is one reason why people do fall into depression.
Contentedness is at the core of simplicity. (=

How do we know when we are happy? Clap our hands? Smile and laugh from the bottom of our hearts? Is happiness what we feel when we are not feeling?? hmms...
